Dr. Rebecca Caldwell

Director for Residential Well-being

Rebecca earned her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Clemson University, her M.S. in Counseling and Human Development from South Dakota State University, and a B.A. in Psychology from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Rebecca joins us from University of South Carolina with professional experience in strategic health initiatives, integrated health prevention, and mental health programming and support for optimal health of the campus community.

In her role as Director for Residential Well-being within Hokie Wellness, in the Division of Student Affairs, Rebecca will support the university’s mission of continuing to advance student well-being, inclusion and belonging, and academic success in our brand new model of Residential Well-Being.
